It offers residents an opportunity to increase their self-esteem, confidence, and experience by participating in a workshop to prepare them for future leadership roles in the workforce. The workshop provides essential training in communication and organization skills that are crucial for success in the professional world. Additionally, we will coordinate with the Maryland Department of Labor to increase awareness of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). It is our goal to keep our residents aware and active.

It equips residents with the resources and knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer personalized meal plans, nutrition counseling, and cooking classes tailored to each resident's dietary needs. Our services promote healthy habits and overall well-being. We ensure that residents can achieve their health goals by providing customized meal plans, individualized nutrition counseling, and practical cooking classes. Our program is committed to promoting health and wellness. However, we will use the residents service health plan when creating meals to ensure safety.

It offers residents various activities, including Yoga, strength exercises, and cardio workouts led by experienced instructors. It also offers meditation classes and therapy sessions, which help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. The program prioritizes physical and mental well-being and provides a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. We want our residents to live a stress-free and long life. The residents will also enjoy a free Parks & Recreation Center membership to allow them to enjoy the water aroebics exercises and more.

It offers financial assistance to needy residents, whether to cover rent, activities of personal care, or social activities. This program brings the community together and helps residents feel supported and valued. Our team cares about our residents’ well-being and will build funding through, membership dues, virtual and community fundraisers. The Donations are designed to foster a strong sense of community for our residents. We don't want them to struggle in any area of their lives and want them to enloy their stay in peace.
