Bathing completely by oneself or needing help cleaning a certain part of the body.  Also, help with standing while showering.

Dressing oneself without assistance. For example, they need help with buttoning, zipping, or evening tying their shoes.

Helping a resident stand or walk with the help of some special devices or with someone's support.  They are never left alone.

Going to the bathroom without help, including getting on and off the toilet, taking off and putting on clothes, and cleaning the individual afterwards.

Get in and out of a chair or bed without assistance, except for perhaps a mechanical transferring aid to assist with moving the residents themselves.

Three healthy and nutritious meals are prepared daily in the central dining area by our chef. Snacks will also be given to the residents daily.   

The residential aides (RAs) will provide light housekeeping. Our services include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms (sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets). We also empty the trash, change linens and laundry, and supply clean towels weekly.  

Mable’s Ark transportation service will be available to transport the residents to medical facilities, doctor appointments, shopping, and errands.  Other scheduled transportation is available through  Uber, Metrobus, and Taxi services. A staff member will be available to assist. 

The RNs will be licensed and can administer prescribed medications to the residents. They can help open medication containers, read labels, and remind the client when it is time for the next dose. Medications will be locked and secured in a centrally located area for residents.
